Terms
Clear rules for responsible operations.
These terms govern use of the website, web platform and mobile app. The agreement with the customer organisation prevails if there is a conflict.

1. Acceptance and applicable agreement
By using YouRing, you confirm that you are authorised by the organisation linked to the account and will follow these terms, the published policies and that organisation's rules. Commercial terms, service levels, support, pricing and data processing are defined in the customer agreement.
2. Accounts and security
- Keep credentials confidential and do not share them between people.
- Use only the tenants, numbers, extensions and data you are authorised to access.
- Promptly report a lost device, improper access or suspected compromise.
- The organisation may change permissions, end sessions or remove the account.
3. Permitted use
The platform must be used for legitimate business communications and in accordance with law. You must not bypass controls, access third-party data, interfere with infrastructure, make abusive or fraudulent calls, upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities without authorisation or use YouRing for harassment, spam or illegal activity.
4. Telephony, recordings and emergencies
The customer is responsible for the legal basis, notices and consents needed for recording, transcription, analysis, monitoring and number use. Call availability also depends on carriers, connectivity, power, devices and customer configuration.
Do not rely on the app as the sole means of emergency communication unless the agreement and configuration expressly confirm that capability. Keep an appropriate alternative available.
5. Artificial intelligence features
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations. They require human review before legal, financial, employment, clinical or other material decisions. The customer decides whether to enable AI, defines authorised data and ensures applicable notices.
6. Content and intellectual property
YouRing and its components, marks, interface and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. The customer retains rights in its data and content and grants only the permissions needed to provide the service and follow its instructions.
7. Availability and changes
We may update the platform to improve security, performance, compliance or features. Maintenance, incidents and external dependencies can cause downtime. Specific availability and recovery commitments are set out in the applicable agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, data or infrastructure, respond to a breach, meet a legal duty or carry out an authorised customer instruction. Export and deletion at closure follow the agreement and Data Retention Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, applicable liability, warranties and exclusions are those in the customer agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. Law, changes and contact
Unless otherwise agreed, Portuguese law applies. The current version is identified by the date above. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Questions can be sent to contacto@youring.ai.
