A simple start

Three steps. Ready to sign in.

Download and install
Save the installer, open it and follow the steps. YouRing will be available in the Start menu.
Sign in to your account
Use your YouRing email and password. Your team needs to assign an extension to your account.
Connect your headset
Choose your microphone and audio output in Windows settings. Make a first call to check the sound.

Close the window. Stay within reach.

YouRing stays beside the clock when you close its window. To receive calls, keep the app running, your computer awake and the network connected. Choose “Offline neste PC” to go offline on this computer without changing your other devices.

Before your first call

Do I need a YouRing account?

Yes. Sign in with your existing account and an assigned extension. Contact your team administrator if you do not have access yet.

Is this the right version for my computer?

This installer is for 64-bit Windows (x64). It is not a native ARM release. In Windows Settings, open System → About to check your system type.

Does Windows show a warning when opening the installer?

This version does not yet have a publisher’s digital signature, so Windows may display a warning. Download only through this page. If your organization requires signed apps, contact your IT administrator before installing.
